Join Taylor J. for a brief intro to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) that describes how yin yoga can affect our energetic & physical anatomy. Five meridian pairs will be explored through discussion & asana complete with a handout that describes how & when to nurture & balance the body seasonly with this knowledge. The bulk of our time will be spent in a guided 90-minute yin practice. After class Taylor will serve Qi nourishing tea and be available for questions.
