Feel The Love: Yoga & Massage? Yes, Please. (Sold Out!!)

Join us for 90 minutes of a restful restorative yoga class. Oh yeah, while you are getting massaged:).

How does this work?

Well, pretty much as it sounds. Students will be holding relaxing restorative yoga poses (calming, healing, and no stressing of muscles or tissue) for about 8-10 minutes, while Licensed Massage Practitioner, Danielle Lillemon offers manual massage techniques.

Scott will be guiding the yoga poses while students will be massaged for about 2 minutes in each pose.

Here's the kick. There are only 6 spots for this class, so each student can experience all the goodness.
