In this workshop we will work with concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga & Acupressure to discover restorative practices that will get you well equipped for optimal wellness this Autumn.
As fall approaches we begin to embody a bittersweet transition from the lightness & play of summer to a time of gathering, turning in & letting go.
Taylor will guide us through this transition with a 90 minute yin yoga class with Acupressure massage & share tips & recipes for how to best nourish your body during this time of year.
